2. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements
Live Plants
Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we only accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:
✅ The plant was delivered in a damaged or unhealthy condition.
✅ The plant is significantly different from the product description on our website.
✅ The wrong plant or variety was delivered.
❌ Returns are NOT accepted for minor variations in size, shape, or color, as plants are natural products and may vary slightly.
Non-Plant Products (Pots, Fertilizers, Gardening Tools, etc.)
We accept returns if:
✅ The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
✅ The wrong product was sent.
✅ The item is unused and returned in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
3. How to Request a Return or Replacement?
🔹 Step 1: Click a clear picture of the damaged/incorrect product within 24 hours of delivery.

4. Refund Policy
- If your return request is approved, you will receive a replacement or a refund based on availability.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- COD orders will be refunded via store credit or UPI transfer.
